Welcome. I’m Lindsay, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD, LD/N) with a Bachelor’s in Biology, a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, advanced graduate training in Toxicology from the University of South Florida, and certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), specializing in both adult and children’s yoga.

You can see my full CV here.

My work centers on Integrative Medical Nutrition Therapy, blending the strengths of Eastern and Western approaches to health. Tools are selected based on effectiveness, scientific evidence, clinical experience, and the understanding of the whole person. This approach balances a panoramic perspective, considering how internal physiology, external environment, and lived experience shape symptoms, with a close examination of biochemical and molecular intricacies, guiding individualized interventions.

Health is multidimensional, and supporting the mind, body, and spirit is central to effective healing. Integrating nutrition science with nervous-system regulation, embodied awareness, and mindful practices builds resilience, restores coherence, and promotes lasting, meaningful change. Individualized interventions and educational frameworks are developed by evaluating patient-reported experiences alongside physical presentation, analyzing laboratory results, synthesizing peer-reviewed research, and applying clinical insights gained from working with diverse populations. These strategies guide practitioners, interdisciplinary teams, and patients toward measurable health outcomes, and the approach elevates nutrition therapy, creating a grounded and comprehensive experience.

The integration of clinical nutrition, metabolomics, toxicology, and mind–body awareness has shaped my specialty within integrative medical nutrition therapy and has also provided the opportunity to share this work through national and international speaking engagements within clinical and scientific communities. This site offers an introduction to my work and the ways I partner with clinicians, teams, and organizations, including:

  • Clinical consulting and case collaboration

  • Professional training and education

  • 1:1 integrative nutrition consultation (by referral)

A Little Personal Note

When asked to describe me, I received that I “carry a light-hearted and open nature, complemented by a free-spirited and compassionate approach to life.”- I’ll take it! When I’m not immersed in reading and learning new concepts, you can often find me exploring the world, going on long bike rides and hikes, practicing yoga, or enjoying the ocean through scuba diving, all of which help me stay connected and balanced. I cherish the time spent with my wonderful family and friends, embracing adventures together, witnessing each other’s growth, and taking in life’s meaningful moments, great and small.

With appreciation and light,

Lindsay
